LOCATIONS: JUNCTION CITY

The site Development Partner holds the crucial responsibility of fostering and developing employee competencies, skills, and abilities with internal stakeholders including business partners, employees, and supervisors. This role involves diagnosing and addressing our talent development and human resource needs in alignment with overarching business objectives and respecting the six Personnel policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spearhead site development initiatives of frontline leaders by designing, implementing, and delivering leadership training programs tailored for Team Leads and Supervisors.

  • Provide comprehensive support, coaching, and guidance to supervisors across all HR processes, fostering team and individual growth while enhancing their managerial expertise.

  • Oversee the Cat 5 Frequent Feedback process with precision and efficiency.

  • Offer guidance and assistance to employees in their professional development journey and competency enhancement.

  • Ensure strict adherence to HR policies, external and internal regulations, fostering an environment of trust, confidence, and fairness in all procedural matters.

  • Contribute to the formulation, integration, and executions of the human resource strategy, ensuring its alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Conduct investigations as necessary.

  • Handle the filing of unemployment claims and actively participate in fact-finding interviews.

  • Collaborate with FPM to explore opportunities for university and community partnerships.

  • Lead new hire orientation sessions and propose scheduling adjustments as required.

  • Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable insights and feedback.

  • Oversee mandatory compliance training for all staff members.

Required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience spanning 2 to 4 years in one or more HR functions (such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, etc.) or in a managerial role with direct reports.

  • Possession of Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR) Certification is considered advantageous.

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years of related experience

  • Proficient in influencing and persuading to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes collaboratively.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by appreciation, empathy, conflict resolution prowess, and active listening abilities.

  • Proven ability in effective time management, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Record of accomplishment of effectively nurturing company culture, enhancing employee experience, and driving engagement levels.

  • Proven ability to detect, identify, diagnose, and implement solutions/change for collective training gaps.
