Our client's office in Norcross, GA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a pediatric dental practice. They are committed to fostering a welcoming environment where long-term relationships with their teams, patients, and communities are valued.

Salary: $40 to $50/hour

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform oral care procedures including debridement, hand scaling, and regular cleanings for pediatric patients.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to promote and maintain good oral health.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification in Local Anesthesia.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with pediatric patients.
• Driven, with a sense of urgency to provide exceptional care.
• Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to undergo annual Tuberculosis (TB) and Rubella screenings.
