(GuideWell) Facility Planning Internship
Job Summary:
Project management support of Enterprise-wide facility planning projects and all subsidiaries, that enable the achievement of the enterprise mission, vision, values, and goals.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Organize and maintain construction and Facility Planning interior renovation project documents, digital database development, floorplans, finish plans, details, sections, elevations, RCP's submittals, RFI, construction administration documents and project close-out documents. Prepare documents and agendas for meetings, as well as creating meeting minutes for distribution. Understanding and organization of schedules, including construction activities, vendors, and internal business partner deliverables. Participation with on-site construction OAC meetings, construction walk throughs, furniture and equipment installations, reconfigurations of furniture, relocations of employees, and punch walk throughs.
Have the ability to take field verifications on-site of space and as-built conditions. Support of development of construction documents, details/elevations, all design intent plans, and the ability to read and understand construction documents. Support the creation of presentation boards, power point presentations, and other communication methods for presentations on project work to internal business partners and beyond. Provide support to the entire Facility Planning department with vendor presentations and resource library updates.

Requirements:
* Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree
* Must have and maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or better at the time of application, throughout the application process, and for the duration of the program.
* Basic PC skills required, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Coursework that demonstrates analytical abilities and interest, as well as critical thinking
* Good time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Collaboration/relationship building and detail-oriented skills
Preferred:
* AutoCAD preferred but not required
General Physical Demands Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Mobility - walking and measuring.

Hourly Pay Range: $15 - $23
Typical Hourly Pay Range: $15 - $17
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
